Josh Baldridge – Martin Acoustic Guitars – 00-16E (Granadillo)
I am drawn to small bodied guitars. They are a wonderful companion for writing and practicing around the house…something that we all have a little more time for these days. The Martin 00-16E (Granadillo) is a fun little workhorse that can also make a perfect traveling companion for a much needed road trip in the future.

Eric Putnam – Milkman Amps – F-Stop Tremolo Reverb Pedal
This is a great combo pedal. Simple to use and the reverb and trem are very amp-like. Great for non reverb amps!

Matt Pelsma – Waterloo by Collings – WL-K
With a bloom-y attack and string definition and sustain, this guitar gives you whatever you put in with your right hand. Possibly the most sweet sounding Waterloo build.

Brian Soden – Martin Acoustic Guitars – HD-28
We’ve had some pretty amazing Spring weather here in Lawrence, KS. Perfect for a social distance jam! You’ll definitely be heard with this killer HD-28. You can never beat the classic look, feel and tone of a Martin dreadnought.

Mike Horan – Eastman Acoustic Guitars – E6OM
This guitar would be a steal at under $1500, but it’s under $900. That is absolutely crazy. All solid wood construction and traditional stylings come together in a guitar with a strong projection and classic look.

Trey Durkin – D’addario strings (EJ17, ej74s or EJ61’s)
These are my go to strings for pretty much all instruments. Reliable, affordable, and they sound and play great. I don’t mind changing strings so I use the uncoated, but their coated option (XT) is my favorite coated string out there. They are also a great company to work with, helping us with string recycling and providing strings for promotional restring events. For a full sound on my guitars it’s EJ17s, For the banjos it’s EJ61s/EJ60s, and for Mandolin the ever popular EJ74s.

Susan Willits – Eastman Mandolins – MD505CC/n – Contoured Comfort Edge
I really like the rounded “Contoured Comfort Edge” on the Eastman MD505-CC-N. It eliminates the sharp edges and makes the mandolin really comfortable to play. This mandolin is easy to play and sounds great, with plenty of volume and a good clear bark on the chops. Did I mention that it’s super comfy with the rounded edges? Yes, I did. And it is! You should try it!

Matt Kappenman – Fender Electric Guitars – 1966 Mustang – Dakota Red
We have a batch of really amazing vintage Mustangs in stock right. This build from 1966 has been calling my name and I don’t even typically like red guitars. There’s something about this Dakota Red finish, and the clarity of these mustang single-coil pickups that I’ve enjoyed since it first arrived. This is a player and a collectors piece all in one. Don’t miss it.
