The late 1920s through mid ’30s is considered the golden era of the modern banjo and this 1927 Granada is an absolutely stunning example of the craftsmanship of that era. Originally a 4-string tenor, the banjo was converted to a 5-string by C. C. Richelieu in 1984, with the appropriate inlays to match the Granada look on the conversion neck. The original 4-string neck is in beautiful condition and is included.
