Kyle Ralston – Greer Amps – Black Mountain Crunch Drive
Great classic to hard rock pedal with more crunch than a dry bowl of granola without being milked down with too much soggy saturation. The Black Mountain lends itself to a nice big British Plexi vibe with outstanding tonal characteristics and textures…a lot of crunch and driving midrange!! I also found that it stacks very well with the Lightspeed. Greer came out with an extremely usable box that would definitely compliment any pedal board.

If I could only have one guitar to take to a gig, this Suhr would be it. There is good reason Shawn Tubbs’ go-to guitar is this very model (and color!). Incredible versatility in the tone department, stainless steel frets for smooth bending, and killer looks. We’re loving these new Suhrs that have been filtering in the shop. Amazing guitars for the gigging musician or session player!

Matt Kappenman – Martin Acoustic Guitars – D-18 – Natural
It’s difficult for me to avoid getting excited any time we get a new D-18 in from Martin. A spruce/mahogany dreadnought is my sweet spot for flatpicking, and the re-imagined standard series D-18 is the best bang for the buck out there in American made bluegrass guitars.
