Brian Soden – DanDrive Pedals – Bonk Machine Fuzz
From our first batch of DanDrive arrives the Bonk Machine! This little pink box of fuzz is a total blast. Big and gnarly, but manageable with your guitar’s volume. And, dude. It’s pink. I love it.

A striking new color from Anderson… An amazing thing to hold! The fingerboard wood is also really special. Great guitar all around.

Jack Bryan – ROSS Electronics – ROSS Fuzz
If you’re looking for a killer fuzz that can provide both classic and modern fuzz tones, this pedal is for you. While not part of the original lineup of classic Ross pedals, it still borrows its design from the old distortion circuit found on Kustom amps, which were made by Ross (think CCR “Fortunate Son” tone). This is a truly unique sounding, distortion-like fuzz and shouldn’t be passed on.

Mike Horan – Martin Acoustic Guitars – OM-28 Ambertone
Okay, so this guitar made Matt K. come around the corner to see what I was playing… This is a great sounding guitar with more volume than you would expect out of an OM. Martin hit it out of the park with this one.

Matt Harmon – Fender Electric Guitars – Vintera II ’60’s Telecaster – Rosewood Fingerboard – Fiesta Red
Fender Mexico is making great guitars, yes the prices have gone up but so has the materials and build quality of this new series of guitars. The official line between USA-Mexico is blurred. I highly recommend this new tele.

Isaiah Sibi – Suhr Guitars – Classic S – Surf Green – Maple Fingerboard – SSCII Equipped
Suhr meshes the classic and modern wonderfully with the Classic S. Their custom V60LP pickups kick out any of that 60 cycle hum you would normally hear in other standard single coil pickups and they are as bubbly and refreshing as the gorgeous surf green finish. The satin neck, 25 1/2 inch scale length, and silky tremolo really makes this guitar play like a dream and the 22 stainless steel frets will allow for much longer fret life in the long run.

Susan Willits – Pisgah Banjos – 11″ Appalachian Cherry with Vintage Heel – Cherry Armrest
The Pisgah Banjo Company is a company to be truly admired. Their shop is powered 100% with solar energy and they use locally sourced native hardwoods. Plus, they make a great banjo! The 11″ Appalachian Cherry is a prime example. Built with a beautiful cherry rim and neck, a persimmon fingerboard and aged brass hardware, this banjo plays wonderfully with clear, sparkly, warm tones. It’s delightful to play, but I’d better get back to work!

Matt Kappenman – Iris Guitars – DF Tobacco Burst – Ivoroid Binding
In the old-time community around town there’s a lot of discussion about how to get that dry, woody old-time guitar sound without spending a ton of money on a vintage guitar. These models from Iris, including this DF, continue to be some of the best guitars being made today. This is an American made instrument, with quality tone woods, that totally delivers on that vintage sound.
